Making mozzarella cheese is a "medium" level of difficulty. Thus, we recommend making a cheese with an "easy" level of difficulty before you start making it (ricotta, queso blanco, paneer or mascarpone).
We use rennet powder in this video. If your kit contains rennet in tablets, you only have to divide 1/4 of a tablet rather than 1/4 of a sachet. It's just the same product in a different form.
