Recipe: Homemade feta cheese and blueberry salad
Here, we used our homemade feta made from 3L of cow's milk and 1L of goat's milk (a killer!).
If you were in doubt about making homemade feta cheese... don't doubt it because in a salad during the summer, it's a real treat! This cheese has much more flavor and the texture is more pleasant than that of an industrial feta.
