Berry whey smoothie

At U MAIN, we care about the environment. The fight against food waste is a good starting point if you want to improve your ecological footprint.
This is why we recommend that you use whey (whey), a liquid full of protein resulting from the manufacture of your cheeses, in your recipes.
Here is a smoothie idea to make in a jiffy at home (literally)!

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

- 1 banana
- 1 cup of 4 frozen or fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
- 1 cup of whey
- 1 cup of chocolate almond drink
- 1/4 tsp. beetroot powder
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1 C. oatmeal
- 1 C. maple syrup
- 1 C. teaspoon shelled hemp seeds

Instructions :

1- Put all the ingredients except the shelled hemp seeds in a blender and blend until smooth.
2- Serve in 2 glasses.
3 - Sprinkle with shelled hemp seeds and enjoy.
