Conservation
Our kits can be stored at room temperature and all ingredients have a shelf life of at least one year for best results.
Bacterial cultures, included in three of our kits, should be kept in the freezer to extend their life.

Citric acid is a stable ingredient that allows precise control over the acidification of milk for making certain fresh cheeses such as ricotta, queso blanco, paneer, mascarpone, mozzarella, and burrata.
It's much more economical, healthier, tastier, and far more gratifying as an experience than eating industrial cheese bought at the supermarket!

- Conservation
Our kits keep cool and dry and the ingredients last for over a year.
To prolong the life of the bacterial cultures, they must be frozen or refrigerated upon receipt of the order.
They can spend ten days at room temperature without being affected. Heat will reduce their effectiveness gradually, but will not make them bad.
Once made, the cheeses can be kept for an average of one week in the refrigerator.
