Bacterial cultures for the manufacture of Feta Cheese and Greek Yogurt.

Continue making your cheese once you've finished your kit ingredients.

Including:

  • 1 sachet of a mix of mesophilic and thermophilic bacterial cultures for Feta cheese*

  • 1 sachet of thermophilic bacterial cultures for Greek Yogurt*

Used to make 20 beautiful and delicious Greek cheeses and yogurts in 550g format.

*Instruments and other ingredients are needed to make Feta Cheese and Greek Yogurt.

It's much more economical, healthier, tastier and much more rewarding than eating industrial cheese bought at the supermarket!

- Conservation

Our kits keep cool and dry and the ingredients last for over a year.

To prolong the life of the bacterial cultures, the sachets must be frozen or refrigerated upon receipt of the order.

They can spend ten days at room temperature without being affected. Heat will reduce their effectiveness gradually, but will not make them bad.

Once made, the cheeses can be kept for an average of one week in the refrigerator.
