Our kits can be stored at room temperature and all ingredients have a shelf life of at least one year for best results.
Bacterial cultures, included in three of our kits, should be kept in the freezer to extend their life.

Nos cultures bactériennes, soigneusement sélectionnées, ont une longue période d'activité. Une fois votre premier yogourt fabriqué, vous pourrez utiliser une portion pour les lots suivants. C'est très économique, car vous pourrez refaire du yogourt encore et encore.

- Conservation
Our kits keep cool and dry and the ingredients last for over a year.
To prolong the life of the bacterial cultures, they must be frozen or refrigerated upon receipt of the order.
They can spend ten days at room temperature without being affected. Heat will reduce their effectiveness gradually, but will not make them bad.
Once made, the cheeses can be kept for an average of one week in the refrigerator.
